If you want details on how it works, https://www.ethereum.org/ is the best place.

News, I’d go with https://www.coindesk.com/ and maybe https://www.cryptocompare.com/

Twitter, I don’t know. I don’t follow much in cryptocurrency there other than the pools I use and so forth, for status updates.

Okey thank you.I have 1 more question.I want to transfer eth from exodus to cex and it says that it needs 100 confimations( 100 confirmations are required for Ether transactions ).What does it mean ,and how much i should wait to receive eth?Amount is like 0.0123

It means that transactions on the Ethereum network have to be verified by 100 nodes. It’s part of the strength and security of the network.

Depending on how the transaction was sent, it could take anywhere from 1 minute to 26 hours (I’ve seen both, but usually 30-60 minutes), but you should be able to view the transaction from its “hash” signature at etherscan.io and see how many confirmations have been received.

You can read the Ethereum founder’s explanation here: https://blog.ethereum.org/2015/09/14/on-slow-and-fast-block-times/ but it may make your head explode. I’m feeling a bit dizzy myself from it.

Hahahah thank you very much

Oh and yea. can i put my eth adress from cex direct in my miner?

Most exchanges recommend not using an exchange wallet for mining. You can do it, but it may cause problems due to the way miner transactions are handled (low gas, small transactions that may expire and have to be resent).

I should write more about this later, as I’ve learned about the concerns recently.

If you have a PC you can run something like “Parity Ethereum” on, that will be better. It will take about 80GB of data to download the blockchain, but it’s secure and sustainable.

Okey thank you for answering all my questions

and also, you only need to fire it up when you want to make outbound transactions, meaning sending ETH somewhere.

you dont need to run it at all while you are just mining

thats a big thing for people who dont want to have stuff running in the background constantly syncing etc etc… just make sure you re-start parity some time before you wanna make the tx.
